Refunds

All purchases of Memberships and Digital Workshop Tickets are final, and refunds are offered only on a case-by-case bases.

Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.

If a Digital Workshop Ticket has been purchased, exchange on dates are available, if notice is given via email with at least 24 hours notice. Please include details of which class you wish to exchange, and for which new date.

Exchanges

Once your email is received, we will send you an email reply to notify you that we have received your request. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will re-assign your admission to your new chosen date.
