All purchases of Memberships, Drop-In Classes and Digital Workshop Tickets are final, and refunds are offered only on a case-by-case bases.

Ongoing Membership payments can be cancelled any time by emailing me. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information on when to cancel your membership to avoid being billed for the next cycle. There are no refunds on time remaining.

If a Drop-In Class or Digital Workshop Ticket has been purchased, exchange on dates are available, if notice is given via email with at least 24 hours notice. Please include details of which class you wish to exchange, and for which new date.


Once your email is received, we will send you an email reply to notify you that we have received your request. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will re-assign your admission to your new chosen date.
