I'm not sure if it's Pisces season, or the fact that two years ago, we were experiencing our last "normal" week before the world changed, or that all the rain is making me "go troppo", or if it's because I've been dancing so so much
-- but everything is shifting at a highly accelerated rate for me right now.

Can you relate?

Two weeks ago I thought Sas and I were going to move to Brisbane. Then the floods came and we decided very quickly to shift to Tasmania. We then started looking at rentals in Hobart, and even found a place we wanted to move down to, aiming for May. In the last few days, things have shifted again and it now seems we'll be remaining in Sydney for a while longer.

So with that in mind, I have decided to start looking for places to teach again in the Inner West. Because the reality is, I miss it.

Along with @havenwellnessstudio in Summer Hill, where I'm loving teaching in a weight-neutral, body-inclusive, anti-diet, female/trans/non-binary exclusive environment, I have also picked up a class at @inner_fit in Leichhardt.
(See next slide for exact times.)

BUT, I am also looking for somewhere in the Inner West to start teaching Jivamukti/Vinyasa/Flow/Hatha classes regularly again.

I'm not wanting to hire a space - I'd rather join an existing studio & community.

So if there's somewhere you'd like to see me, please let me know!

Sas and I came down with covid a week ago, and hav

Sas and I came down with covid a week ago, and have been self-isolating and recovering for many days now. We're on the home stretch, and today I finally have enough energy to consider the week ahead and what's to come, beyond the spicy flu.

Between drinking litres and litres of water, binge-watching drag shows online and taking multiple showers a day to combat the Sydney humidity, I've had a lot of time to think.

One thing that I am ready to announce is that In-Person Classes with me are finishing up - at least, for now.

It's been so nice to teach face-to-face again in Newtown, especially on my own terms, but for the time being, I'm going to be focusing my attention on other ways of teaching, before Sas and I leave the Inner West in the next few months.

So if you'd like to practice with me IRL, there will be the last 3 in-person Jivamukti classes with me for the foreseeable future.
