Dive into the the darkness and depth of daoist practice.
An hour long class that is mostly floor-based, we utilise familiar shapes from Hatha Yoga in a completely different way. Physically, we release muscular engagement to compress, stretch and nourish the soft tissues of the body. Energetically we work with acupuncture points and subtle channels from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to bring a free-flow of qi (vital life force) to our whole being.
