Daily Movement Challenge

We all have days where it feels like we just don’t have the time or energy for a long(er) practice, but as we know, a little goes a long way. This 28-day challenge, and these classes, have been created to encourage daily movement and remind us that if we just dedicate 15 mins a day to ourselves, we can support and nourish ourselves and in turn be of service to others.
