It’s no secret that yoga practice can become stale, just like anything else.
Whether our practice is falling away because we’re losing interest, or maybe we’ve been doing the same thing for too long and we’re not seeing progress – it can be helpful to switch up our routine every now and then to help re-establish regularity; perhaps even introducing some new elements to our yoga practice.
The April Practice Challenge is your invitation to explore classes offered on this website that you may not have explore before. Every day for the month of April, a class will be suggested, either from the Audio Library collection, or the Livestream practice room.
You do not have to do every single class, or the particular class that is allocated each day (if, for instance, time is an issue).
Instead: set yourself a realistic goal.
Do you currently practice once or twice a week?
Challenge yourself to practice 3-4 times a week instead.
Only practice yin yoga?
Try introducing 1-2 slow vinyasa classes to your weekly routine.
Are you a stickler for Livestreams?
Challenge yourself to go video-free and try some audio classes.
All you need to participate in this challenge is a Monthly Membership, and the determination to try something outside of your comfort zone.
